Description: The experiment was realised by Marie Messika supervized by Dr Luisa De Sordi (luisa.de_sordi@sorbonne-universite.fr) using a spotting method, on wich 4µL of undiluted lysate was spotted on a bacterial's lawn grown to mid-exponential phase. The results were assessed visually by the presence of lysis plaques. The virus tested came from Centre de Recherche Saint Antoine Team Microbiote, Intestin, Inflammation's phage collection and the strain E. coli MEc1 was isolated by Luisa De Sordi from BALB/cYJ mice (De Sordi et al, Cell Host & Microbe, 2017).
